R.I.P. Frank, one of the best refs ever! He will give a boxer every chance to compete, he let inside fighting continue if atleast one hand was free. He gave a fighter a chance to recoup while watching his eyes carefully.
When ESPN stated in Totowa N.J. Frank worked those early TV shows and thats where I first met him. An accomplished ref who we won't see the likes of anymore, a real "pro ref"!
