The US has provided lots of economic aid, not just military aid.
I really doubt the Israel Egypt peace treaty needs US intervention to maintain it at this point.

the US destroyed the Middle East, I’ve made a few posts about it. They ****ed Iraq and Afghanistan very badly and despite what anyone says, they lost both of them wars because they left the countries in worse states than they were before they went in.
