Who else is gonna sign him anyway? No, seriously. I like Beefy. he was a good local boxer. Probably would have gotten in trouble, jail or stabbed, like other scallys of his type. But thanks to boxing, he was able to live comfortably. Good for him! Lots of mileage, but hey, nothing a used car salesman like Hearn can't sell.

You're probably right but it did look like something wasn't quite right with him. I can see why Eddie has signed him. He's a decent name and in the right fight sells out the biggest indoor venues in Manchester or Liverpool.

Time will tell though if he really is shot. Chuck him in with Bentley and let's see

I am sure top of the list, of wants and needs for any UK promoter 'Is for them to have a Liverpool fighter in their team. Liam Smith is likely the most backed and supported Smith brother and fighter from Liverpool currently active. Who has been involved in the most intriguing fights, and still? Has potentially many big opportunities that can come his way'.

Promoters essentially in my opinion, would want fighters from Ireland, Scotland, Liverpool, Manchester and then London 'Because historically it is easy to build support bases and a market with those fighters'.

Note: David Price for the large majority of his early career, was a by far more supported and bigger fighter than Tyson Fury 'Smith? Yes I would not rate him as super talented. But he seems like a very game fighter, that is extremely certain of his style'.

The matchup between those fighters is less manufactured, to favour one of the fighters i.e. Conor Benn with all the original catch weights, and now still a rehydration clause'.

Smith fought Eubank Junior twice, at the full 160 pound weight limit without no catch weight or rehydration clauses put in place, to tactically increase the likely-hood of him wining or to decrease Chris Eubank Junior's overall conditioning'.
