At least Helenius is getting paid, lmao. But we all know Joshua is washed up anyway. Why won’t Joshua fight Wilder? That would be billed “The Battle Of The Limited”…!!!

If anybody wants to bet Helenius by ko figure out what his realistic odds of winning are in your mind. Ie if you think he has a 5 percent chance of winning by ko then you need 20 to 1 odds to win and bust even.

The odds I have seen quoted for a ko win are too juiced down for my liking as it's odds of winning aren't even 8 percent to win. Maybe it would be that with a full camp but gym sessions and a live sparring session last week don't qualify as the right preparation for a top 4 heavyweight.

I'm giving mathematical advice for betting it's the only way you can win long term. I don't see any value on Helenius even at these odds.

Work life, Academia, or just becoming better versed and more wise as we travel through life; it's always the same. We invent things in our head based on what we've seen, read and heard. That's nessesary and good. But we ALSO must accept the mentoring of those whose knowledge of a given subject matter is deeper than our own; in order to better our own knowledge base.

Ray Mercer is a friend of mine, as luck would have it.
To say that I am familiar with his career and abilities is an understatement.
Ray was a very good heavyweight.
Though a little Hot/Cold in his ring performances, when he was switched on and ready, he was very, very good.

But IMO, and here's where that "knowledge of a given subject matter" thing comes in; he would not do any better in this era than he did in his own.
