[REAL TALK] Military catz, don't forget you have a VA loan available!!!

I totally forgot, now I'm finding out all this good info on it.

Mofos, we don't have to pay a single penny down, other than the closing cost.

Here's a good video for starters

And you can use it multiple times

Boss status, I heard some people do this.

I just got my COE yesterday, just to have it.

I assumed you could only use 1 time, that's why I didn't use it 15 years ago, now I'm watching videos, and they're saying it can be used multiple times.

Who did you use for your lender, you remember?

Veterans united home loans. Process was simply AF as long as you have your credit and financials in orders as they do ask for a metric ton of paperwork . A little off topic but as a vet you have tons of benefits out there for you , discounts , free programs ect. You just have to find them

They actually called me after I signed up, I told them I wasn't ready just yet.

I just found out, that they have an AAFES online for us, tax free, they call it "The Exchange".

You can get a veterans ID card and actually shop on base at the commissary and exchange now.

All they need is your Social Security Number or military ID (before Vietnam) and your State and or Drivers license number. It was easy to do in Cali.

Bought my first home using the VA in Cali for a little over 150 thousand. Today it's value is over 500 thousand. I spent 10 yrs active duty and retied from the reserves. I earned it
