This happened a little before Hayes became THE BULLET.

While at Florida A&M he did run on a 4x1 team with future pro footballers Bob Paremore and Al Denson, Paremore a bust but Denson had an ok career, Hayes high school rival Alfred Austion the other guy.

        Another trivia question

When Hayes was playing what two other NFLers had beaten him while in college?

            A little story....

Eulace Pea**** a black sprinter/long jumper out of Temple owned Jesse Owens in the 100 and beat him in the long jump. I have read all kinds of numbers but 7 wins to 3 over Owens the one I think is most accurate. Who has ever heard of Eulace Pea****?

Due to an injury Pea**** was unable to compete in our 1936 Olympic trials so.....he's not on the team.

Owens goes on to win 4 gold medals and is very well known. Very realistic to see Pea**** win the 100m, take second in the long jump, and run a leg on that gold medal 4x1 team. So he wins two golds and a silver.

Jackie Robinsons older bro Mack winning the silver in the 200m.

            While here....

Another great moment in black history....
