why not a license to become a parent??

the only con that might arise might be the process of obtaining the license. i can see complaints of bias or even racism emerge.

but i feel the pros outweigh the cons.

its not hard to see parenting is not for everybody.

a mental health and financial assessment should be made.

people would spend 20+ years in family courts arguing about kids so why can't they also face a judge before creating a new life to see if they're fit.

i know me personally. im financially stable but have zero interest in having kids. im not cut out for that lifestyle of dedication 18+ years to another human. nope. I'd rather get a puppy and raise it. so it'll be very selfish to have kids knowing im not fit in an emotional sense.

I completely agree with you on this. You want a baby, prove that you can take care of it properly.

I don't recall the guys name, but he got shot recently while being aggressive towards cops. He was a former felon with a pretty ****ty record. He is what kicked off all of these recent riots. He has 8 kids, by different women, with 1 on the way. I'm sure that those kids are being raised properly doe...................Rockin'

Are you denying that many of these unparented kids join gangs and end up killing others? This is the real world out there, not 'Good Times'. And that's with out even mentioning the miniscule graduation rate of the inner city highschools..........Rockin'

Taylor Tomlinson actually mentioned that in her Netflix comedy special. It's a good point because you have to actually qualify to adopt a kid, so why not to raise your own. As long as there isn't some dumb, ticky tack restriction.
