    So you guys know I'm overseeing the marketing manager/social media manager for my company and this is one of the biggest current topics/trends and I'm like WTF? Why is she getting so much hype?

    She don't sing well? She looks like a pre-puberty ****** 12 year old.

    What am I missing here?
