china is where the money's at!! those kids will take what they learn and use it to advance in life... better than learning the USA way of living and become a school shooter.

Africa is not exceptional in regards to the long term feelings, loyalty and prospects for the future regarding China. China is hated by all its allies. It gave money to Africa which is how many of the relationships developed.
To be fair this country can do similar things: Betchtel corp in San Francisco, privatized Bolivian water infrastructure and wanted to drop the Kabash on the country, forcing them to pay egregious prices for water...bechtel was literally run out of the country!
BUT given the Chinese Stalinist party and their attempt to destroy the world for their own benefit, it should give people pause to remember that when the s h i t goes down and people are forced to choose between America and China as the colonial empire du jour, Nobody will choose China...and her internal control will come apart as well. China cannot hide its attempts to control and destroy other areas of the world.
If allowed unchecked they will eventually destroy the world. In fact the population of India and China is a main cause of many environmental problems, as more individuals acquire wealth. India is a better steward of resources, or has been... China will destroy the country if it does not curb pollution. They will also make it so there will be little seafood stocks in the ocean.Comment
