[LMAO!] Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg appear to agree to fight in cage match

Elon Musk replied to a tweet from frequent Spaces host Mario Nawfal discussing the potential release of Meta’s competitor platform to Twitter, Threads. Musk threw out the idea of him and Mark Zuckerberg holding a cage fighting match.

Zuckerberg’s response on Instagram simply said “Send Me Location.”

Zuckerberg has been practicing jiu jistsu and just posted a picture of himself doing a Murph challenge for Memorial day. A Murph consists of running a mile, doing 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats. Then running a mile at the end in under an hour. Zuckerberg did it in 39 minutes.

After seeing that, Zuckerberg had treated the offer seriously, Elon responded saying, “If this is for real, I will do it.”

The two tech founders, aside from fighting in anything resembling a boxing ring, have been in the fight for a time in market share. While Facebook has had a large market share for a while, it has been declining in recent years while Twitter has been rising.

According to rumors, many creators and public figures have gotten fed up with Twitter and the way it has been run by Musk as he has freed up the platform for for free speech.

According to a report, the app has been codenamed ‘Project 92’ internally at Meta and will be called ‘Threads’ upon being released.

A Meta spokesman told the BBC, “We believe there’s an opportunity for a separate space where creators and public figures can share timely updates about their interests.”

reported that "I’ve confirmed that Zuckerberg’s post on his Instagram account is, in fact, not a joke, which means the ball is now in Musk’s court."

"The story speaks for itself," Meta spokesperson Iska Saric told the outlet.

Musk responded to the story on Twitter, writing, "Vegas Octagon." Musk wrote in a separate comment, "I have this great move that I call 'The Walrus', where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing"

    Would root for Elon

I neither use Tesla nor Fecesbook

but conquering space, AI, transportation, and energy is harder than running social media

I'd root for Elon but Zuck has been training hard. I see he is going to roll out a rival platform to go up against twitter called "thread".

Elon would not stand a chance, unfortunately. If Zuckerberg is being honest about the Murph challenge, he's in damn good shape. I like Musk but he's a bit of a blob.

I need to do some research on the Murph Challenge. Apparently there are variations. With or without a weight vest and also with the order the Pullups, Pushups and Squats are done. One way is to have to complete the tasks in order. In other words, do pullups until they are all done, then Pushups till they are all done then Squats. It would be a lot easier to alternate.

I'm pretty sure I could complete the challenge in an hour, without the vest. 100 pullups with a 20 pound vest would not be easy. Maybe if I lost 20 pounds first

Being in ''great'' shape is cool but one shot to the chops and a fat man wins.

I dont know how good he is but competing only helps

Okay supposedly musk claims he did some judo and tae kwon do and karate as a kid

Musk also said he did practice some bjj recent years

Nothing like zuck has been doing

Zuck started bjj during the pandemic and got hooked and been doing it religiously

                But still

                Zuck is 5'7 150

Musk is 6'1 and they say 185 but im sure he's heavier than that

They are both terrible, greedy people.

It would still be fun to see Zuckerberg beat the hell out of Musk though.

No way Musk does it. He'd get beat up and absolutely humiliated.

Lol those are Zuckerberg's real dimensions?

I always thought he was a nerdy, lanky redhead for some reason
