        The CEO decides to pay ransom. Rockin blames *****. When this hack caused gas prices to go up. Rockin blamed *****.

        When ***** suggested an infrastructure plan that included security upgrades to prevent this, rockin was against it.

        I get it- rockin wanted ***** to tell them not to pay ransom, thus causing gas prices to go higher and there be a shortage, causing chaos.

        I guess the hope is that will make people vote for trump again next cycle.
