Why does my ps3 making buzzing sounds and video scan-lines?
It did it on my old tv, and now it does it on our new lcd 46 inch tv. When my ps3 is plugged in it makes the audio output make a weird buzzing noise. I also get scan-lines in the video when I play videos on the ps3... ODD???
