    My sample day

Breakfest - 6:30 am: Hardboild Eggs or Cereal w/Skim Milk and Granola
    Work out from 8am-9:45 am

    Get to work
Snack: 10:30 - Either a granola bar, banana, yogurt, polio string chese (low fat w/skim milk)

Lunch Noon- Salad, or turkey or grilled chicken on wheat

Snack: 3pm - Same as snacks above, or popcorn

Dinner 7PM: Usually Salmon or Tuna or turkey burger (my wifes a good cook, thankfully)

    9PM - Usually something sugar/carb free

    1130pm - sleep

    hope that helps

I think a major key to weight loss is to stay away from sugar and carbs, try to only eat wheat/grain breads

Eat every 2-3 hours, mostly whole foods, frutis and veggies with every meal, and high protein, moderate carb, low fat.

Asking someone to give a diet over the internet with not knowing your training experience, daily lifestyle, metabolism, genetics, training/nutrition history is impossible.

Eating every 2-3 hours isn't practical unless you never leave the house. If you stay home all day all night then listen to NJ but if not, listen to me.

IT easy to lose weight. **** all this "low carb", "high protein" mumbo jumbo everyone says. Bottom line: you gotta eat healthy. Eat organic foods (natural foods) and you will be fine. And drink tons of water.

I won't lie...I'm home day and night but only because it's summer

It does get harder during school but it's still possible to get in food every 2-3 hours. I usually don't like to sit in class and have a protien shake because I feel ****** but sometimes I make a peanut butter sandwich in foil and put it in my pocket and ask to go to the bathroom and while I walk around the halls or go to the bathroom, I just eat it.

And this isn't for nutrition, it's cause I'm damn hungry

But I usually have a breakfast...then a small sandwich around 2nd-3rd period, lunch at 6th period then something after school and then it's easy to get in food 2-3 hours.

Again like Smokin said...high protein, low carb isn't needed. As long as you eat healthy, you should be fine.

Even that...my grandfather used to eat only 3 meals a day which were usually white rice and maybe eggplants or chicken or something which would be considered bad by today's nutrition experts and he was still built like a tank.

That's why I think the diet/nutrition is overrated and you should focus more on training.

Seems like I've rambled on a bit but what I mean to say is...eat healthy

And...it's easy to get in food every 2-3 hours, you're just not trying enough Smokin

Isnt hard to get 5-6small meals when school starts if your in highschool imm ogin to highschool lookin forward to it. And NJ why would you needa go to washroom to eat cant you eat in class at your school? And on the protien shake note if you feel ****** put it in a waterbottle and if peeps ask its chocolate milk(its what my whey taste like) or take a protien bar. I wouldnt take the protien shake because of the hassle i dont like takin drinks to school i just birng juice/water

They don't allow to eat during class and drinking is allowed only if it's really hot and it's only water.

The smell of the protein shake would overwhelm the class
