I took a suppliment called Oxodrol in my last semester of college (this past march) and gained about 13 pounds in 2 months. It was insane. I also ate a ton and trained 5 days a week. When I cycled off of it, I kept about 7 to 8 pounds. Thats a good ratio. Also, my strength increased dramatically. I went from 132 lbs (at 5'9) bench pressing 185 to 145 lbs bench pressing 225 for 3 reps. Please understand, I'm not bragging (because 225 isn't that much), just pointing out how much certain suppliments can boost your strength. If you do your homework, they can be valuable tools to help you out. Only problem is, you don't pass drug tests (for sports) when you take them.
