Hey guys I need some sort of fitness pointers to loose the extra 10kg I'm lugging around at the moment.
Im 40yrs old I weigh 80kg but should weigh around 70.
I will give someone 1k for the best quickest way to lose this extra weight.
A newbie to fitness so ya can't just say workout for 8hrs.
