    Need help.

    Hey guys I need some sort of fitness pointers to loose the extra 10kg I'm lugging around at the moment.


    Im 40yrs old I weigh 80kg but should weigh around 70.

    I will give someone 1k for the best quickest way to lose this extra weight.

    A newbie to fitness so ya can't just say workout for 8hrs.
    I work so I don't have much time but I'm dedicated to lose this asap.

        Cut out 90% of your booze. Train hard 4-5 times a week. Eat mostly salad and protein. If you follow this recipe, in 3-4 months you'll drop that weight.

          Fix your nutrition. That's 80% (or some number) of the battle. Consistent higher intensity exercise to get the other 20%.

          Trying to lose it quickly will most likely not help you develop any long-term habits.

              Speed. Any kind, but the stronger the better. Over the counter ones have a lot of caffeine, and the prescription ones are better. But ******* and/or crystal meth are the best way to lose some weight fast. Whenever you get hungry, just do a little line, and in no time at all you will lose that weight. Guaranteed.

                A few summers ago I stopped drinking for a month and without changing anything else in my diet or exercise routine I dropped nine pounds.
