Best Legal Alternative To Steroids Today

First off, as far as I'm told, no combination of supplements, dieting and exercise could produce the same results as steroids. I've accepted that.

However, is there a "next best thing" that isn't bad for you and that hasn't been banned by the FDA?

I admittedly know next to nothing on this subject but test seems to fit the description.

Nothing really. The only thing that will pack muscle on is working out with creatine but the results won't be similar to steroids because when you're on steroids your body synthesizes protein at a crazy rate and puts on lean muscle rapidly.

The only thing I can suggest as a shortcut is to drink heavy for a few days and then get your blood tested. Your testosterone levels will be in the toilet. You can then ask your doctor for Andriol which is by far the best testosterone therapy that won't screw you up. It's not processed by the liver and there is pretty much no side effects. It won't give you the same results as injecting yourself with test and deca but it will get your levels cranked and you'll see awesome results. You will of course have to train but you'll actually enjoy it.

Are you talking about legal as in not on the WADA banned substances list? I mean a ingredient in my allergy medicine is on that list so I'm guessing it'd have to be something on the WADA watchlist or something so new its not even on the WADA watchlist yet. Subscribing cuz I'm curious about this myself & I'm sure there are things that have been overlooked or are alleged to have positive impact on an athlete, but hasn't been banned yet or is on the cusp of being banned.

            Absolutely nothing.

The best stack of supplements I ever took where I noticed something was clearly happening was stacking zma with Tribulis.

My balls completely shrunk. I know my test def had a boost, was it enough for any significant muscle growth? Probably not, but holy **** I felt awesome. Workouts were amazing, was horny 24/7, instant boners, temper was a but high, but it felt great.

I felt like I was stronger and recovering quicker, I dunno if thats true or not or just a mental thing. A lot of these supplikments also purposely cause effects that make you think they are working. Especially test boosters.

Tried the same stack months later, and nothing happened. I still use zma though, or I'll just buy the ingredients separately.

So yeah, legal supplimemts are generally, all ****.

I wouldn't trust those quite yet. There's not much research on them.

There's all sorts of steroids and they have different efficacy, depending how you use them. If you don't use a great PCT and a couple follow-up cycles, your gains will be mostly temporary.

The "next best thing" is pro-hormones, which are legal but the FDA cracks down every few years and the makers have to change the composition. They are not safe. It's basically like a half-strength oral steroid, with all the liver-destroying side-effects.

With steroids, it's really all-or-nothing. Half-assed cycles just end up hurting your health and the gains fade quick. Plan to spend a few hundred on a well-researched, comprehensive 8 to 12-week cycle + PCT. Otherwise, just stick to creatine, beta-alanine, etc. Steroids make your hard work pay off in a bigger way. The work has to be there though. As does the diet. You want to be working out for at least a year (really more like 2 or 3) without any big breaks and have reached a plateau where your natural capabilities are hitting a wall. At that point, gear can stimulate muscle growth and get you over the hump. If you aren't consistent though, the muscle won't stay.

Deciding to take steroids because you don't like working out, because you just started working out, or because you aren't getting any results from your workouts is a terrible idea.
