I like this kid and while I don't think he's ready for Ennis, I would most certainly watch.

So at least we have one fighter asking to fight Boots. Let's see how Boots responds.

Boots will probably move up rather than fight him. Norman isn't a B level or has been. He isn't a huge name but the kid has real skill and power. Boots gets hit alot and is mostly flash and hype. He may beat Norman, but I bet his team doesn't want to take the risk.

You bet his team doesn’t want to take the risk? lol
            Ok
Boots is now afraid of a guy that no one heard of until a week ago, meanwhile Crawford just fought a guy no one had heard of prior to the announcement of the fight.

Those are all good fights. Norman might feel he needs a win against a top welter in order to be "deserving" of the title

Everybody is a no name until they beat somebody after beating someone that everyone thought was somebody. Norman Jr. has shown skill heart and determination at a young age although he will need more experience inside the ropes there is much development if he keeps taking the fights that are in front of him......a lot of opportunites and most important lets see how he acts when more set backs show up in his future.......But there is nothing manufactured right now with his direction in the fight game.

Anyone of those three fighters would be a good title defense for Norman, it would be even better if he fought them all!

Bro, what? A fighter that was generally underwhelming brought out the dog in his fight with Santillan (who had beaten Rocha into submission). Norman just outfought him and scored a violent and spectacular KO.

The pose he did right after was ice cold.

I like the kid. Glad he gets elevated to full champion following Crawford’s release of the belt.
