Costa Rican Spanish is one of the best . Mexicans sound like they are singing everything they say for some damn reason which is funny as fk, and Dominicans don't even speak Spanish really. Argentinians are kinda like Mexican they also have the little singing thing going just in different letters. Puerto Ricans accent is pretty non macho sounding for a dude no offense .

I learned Spanish in Costa Rica and they speak very clean and their accent is nice too.

I don't like Argentinian accent nor the Spanish, like El-Blanco said it's lispy and it just has a different feel.

Mexican Spanish no offense but sometimes adults sound like kids when they speak Spanish, that's just their accent. They also have no base in their voice. Listen to Canelo or Oscar or Julio it's just downright gross.

Cubans, Dominican, Puertoricans, Panamanians and Venezuelans all speak pretty bad. There are exceptions obviously but as a whole they speak bad.

Peruvians speak nice as well.

I think Peruvian and Costa Ricans speak the best.
