The mortality difference began before the vaccines were even available. So how is that to do with vaccines?

How about we blame the lockdown and the government handouts and the eviction moratoriums? How about we look at why some people are really okay with handouts, staying home and living rent free and how some people had their businesses ruined and fell behind on the mortgages of their rental properties???

Russia is a joke. They are not a knowledge economy. They rely on selling oil and resources. They barely get any international patents. Many of their educated/scientists are leaving because of the war.

Russia has two paths at this point.
