I swear to God, you could have given me a million dollars if I could name the guy in that picture, and NEVER come up with Chris Byrd

He made the huge mistake of dropping to Light Heavyweight long ago and getting blasted out by a club fighter and now he is dropping to Middleweight as an old grey man?????

Tyson started an epidemic. All these retired boxers want to comeback.

Jeez! I like Chris, but he needs to fully understand what he's getting into.

I'm almost the same age, but people think I'm 20 years younger. I feel the young and like i could compete with anyone and win. The reality is that at our age injuries don't get better, we just have days where we feel better.

One challenging fight and he'll feel it for the rest of his life.

I hope it's not $$, but my gut says it is. With his skills he could have made noise at middleweight against the current guys, but not at this age.

the beatings he took from the Klit Bros gave him brain damage and destroyed his body

Didn't know David McWater was managing him now too. I like that cat.

I'm a big Byrd fan so I'm rooting for him doing something fooking crazy with this comeback, but it seems so unlikely & like a bad idea. He's 50. He's not fought in 11 years & hasn't had a notable W in 15 years. He's got both his hips replaced.

I'm sure he feels good now & he looks in good shape. But boxing ain't for him no more. He needs to create some Michael Olijide boxercize kinda thing or something. Start a cbd company or something.

He was like 215 lbs. when he fought Evander Holyfield.

                    160 lbs...! This is madness.
