Azim is a hype job and ducked Smirh so why should Smith give him a voluntary shot? Azim will be found out soon enough. If he makes it to world level it will happen on the basis of careful matching rather than on talent which he doesn't seem to have too much of. Smith is a much higher level to Azim as demostrated by Azim ducking him.
