As somebody that has done shrooms plenty of times, my number one rule was always to do it with a few people so we ALL have fun. Never more than an eighth each!! My point is, I can definitely see how Ryan went out of control if he was drinking and shrooming with a small crowd! Big props to him for even talking about it and trying to better himself now!

And the people you want to do it with should be trustworthy friends who won't want to mess with your head just for laughs or to watch you do something s-tupid..
